What does StreamWidgets charge?
Free accounts pay a 2% StreamWidgets fee on StreamWidgets Stripe checkout; Pro accounts pay 0% while Pro is active. Ko-fi payments bypass StreamWidgets and carry no StreamWidgets fee. Provider charges are separate.
Does StreamWidgets hold creator funds?
No. Stripe checkout pays the connected creator account; Ko-fi payments go directly through the creator’s Ko-fi payment setup.
What happens when a tip is refunded?
StreamWidgets Stripe refunds are recorded automatically and removed from Tip Goals. Ko-fi refunds are handled in Ko-fi or the receiving payment provider and are not currently reconciled automatically.
