Who provides Streamwidgets

Streamwidgets is provided by Utomnia Limited, company number 09085136, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 20 Lloyd Drive, Kemsley, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 2GA. Email: info@streamwidgets.app. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “Streamwidgets” mean Utomnia Limited.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in details and private overlay URLs secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable care. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

The service

Streamwidgets lets creators configure hosted widgets, display them in streaming or video software and operate Discord community tools. The Free plan currently supports up to four widgets and one-time role-triggered promotion messages. Pro currently provides unlimited widgets, encrypted unique-code promotion fulfilment and advanced features for one account across supported platforms. Features may evolve, but we will not remove paid core functionality during a prepaid period without an appropriate remedy.

Subscriptions, prices and renewal

Pro costs £7.99 per month or £79.99 per year. No VAT is currently added because Utomnia Limited is not VAT registered. Stripe handles payment. A paid subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. The total price and renewal interval are shown again before payment. We will give reasonable advance notice of a price change affecting a future renewal.

Cancellation and cooling-off rights

You can cancel renewal at any time through the Stripe billing portal; Pro normally remains available until the end of the paid period. Consumers may also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. To exercise it, email info@streamwidgets.app with your name, account email, purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. If you expressly ask us to begin providing Pro during that period, the law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory refund or cancellation rights.

Complimentary access and vouchers

A voucher or admin grant can provide Pro for the stated month, year or lifetime duration without payment. Codes may be limited by expiry and number of uses. They cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or combined with an active paid subscription. We may revoke codes obtained fraudulently or used contrary to their stated campaign conditions.

Creator support payments

Eligible creators may connect a Stripe-controlled account and accept voluntary viewer tips. Tips are not charitable donations, purchases, deposits or payments for promised goods, rewards or services. Stripe processes each payment directly for the creator. Streamwidgets currently deducts a 2% platform fee from tips received while the creator is on Free and 0% while Pro is active; Stripe processing, currency-conversion, dispute and other connected-account fees are separate. The applicable rate is shown before a creator enables the page. Creators are responsible for accurate payout details, taxes, legal compliance, moderation and any promises they make outside Streamwidgets.

Tips are normally non-refundable once processed. A creator may nevertheless issue a full refund from their dashboard for a duplicate, unauthorised or erroneous payment, as a goodwill decision, or where required by law. A refund normally debits the connected account and may remain pending until sufficient funds are available; the original Stripe processing fee might not be returned. Streamwidgets returns any application fee when it initiates a full refund.

Nothing in these terms requires a cardholder to waive issuer, card-network or statutory dispute rights. Stripe may reverse, hold or dispute a payment. Refunds, disputes and unrecoverable negative balances are handled under the connected-account configuration and Stripe’s terms; new creator accounts are configured for Stripe to collect its own fees and carry negative-balance responsibility. We may pause support pages or payments to prevent fraud, prohibited activity, sanctions breaches or harm.

Acceptable use

Do not use Streamwidgets to break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; harass or deceive; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; interfere with the service; scrape it excessively; impersonate others; or display unlawful or harmful material. Do not use creator support for charity fundraising, regulated goods, financial services, gambling, adult services, illegal content, money transmission, deceptive claims or any activity prohibited by Stripe. Custom widgets must not attempt to escape their sandbox, collect viewer credentials, make deceptive requests or access another creator’s account or data.

Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of content and code you submit. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permission to distribute every promotion code you upload, and enough valid codes for the promotion you configure. Each available code is delivered once and cannot be viewed again in the dashboard. Streamwidgets does not guarantee third-party game keys or other rewards and is not responsible for replacing an invalid, expired or region-restricted code supplied by a creator. Streamwidgets software, design and branding remain ours or our licensors’; these Terms do not transfer them to you.

Third-party platforms

Twitch, YouTube and Google, Kick, Discord, Stripe, OBS and any future connected platforms are independent services governed by their own terms. Streamwidgets is not endorsed by or affiliated with Twitch, YouTube, Google, Kick, Discord or OBS. Stripe may require identity, business and bank verification for connected creators. Platform changes, outages, revoked permissions or account restrictions can affect connected features. We will use reasonable care in maintaining integrations but cannot control those services.

Availability, suspension and closure

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents and third-party failures may cause disruption. We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach or non-payment, normally giving notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate.

To limit unnecessary retention, a completely unused and unverified Free account may be closed after 90 days of inactivity. A verified Free account may be closed after 12 months of inactivity only when it has no paid or complimentary access history, widgets, connected platforms, tips, Discord servers, support history or recorded stream activity. We send warnings 30 days and seven days beforehand. Signing in before closure cancels the inactivity warning. You may stop using the service or close your own account at any time. Closing Streamwidgets does not automatically erase records Stripe must retain or resolve a connected-account balance, refund or dispute.

Responsibility and legal rights

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract began or for business losses suffered by a consumer. If you use Streamwidgets wholly for business purposes, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of £100 or the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes, contact and governing law

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service reasons. Material changes will be notified appropriately and will apply prospectively; we will request renewed acceptance where needed. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and court rights provided by the law where you live.
